We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience in the industry with the tech Stack: Python, PyTorch , Natural Language Processing (NLP), Vercel, TypeScript, Postgres, Elastic, AWS,. Preferred experience working with Startup/ in the financial sector. Please do not apply with less than 3 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • AI Chat Experience: Demonstrate experience in building AI chat applications, integrating natural language understanding and generation components.
  • Document Analysis: Develop document analysis algorithms to extract structured information from unstructured data sources.
  • Implement techniques such as optical character recognition (OCR) and text mining for document processing tasks.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data stored in databases like Postgres to extract insights and drive decision-making processes.
  • Experimentation: Design experiments, prototype solutions, and evaluate model performance to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
  • Integration: Integrate AI-driven functionalities into existing applications and workflows using APIs and frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with AI/ML technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • 4 + years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on model development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
  • Experience with AI chat applications and conversational AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Experience working with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
