Job Description:

  • Key Areas of Focus for Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model Specialist:
    • Model Development and Training:
      • Successfully create and train generative AI models like GANs and VAEs to produce desired outputs such as realistic images and music composition.
      • Train and optimize LLMs for specific tasks like text generation, translation, and question answering with high accuracy and fluency.
      • Implement effective data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality training data.
      • Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, identify areas for enhancement, and refine training processes.
    • Project Implementation and Integration:
      • Integrate generative AI and LLM models into existing systems and applications.
      • Develop APIs or interfaces for seamless model access and utilization by other teams.
      • Ensure models meet performance, scalability, and efficiency requirements for real-world applications.
      • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define project needs and ensure successful model deployment.
    • Research and Innovation:
      • Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and LLM research.
      • Identify new applications for generative AI and LLMs within the organization.
      • Conduct research experiments to enhance model performance, explore new techniques, and contribute to the field's knowledge base.
      • Participate in conferences, workshops, and online communities to share knowledge and learn from others.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
      • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts related to generative AI, machine learning, and LLMs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure project success.
      • Document model development processes, training methods, and evaluation outcomes for future reference.

Technical Skills for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model Specialist:

  • Programming Languages: Python (main), potentially R, Java, and C++ for specific tasks.
  • Deep Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Generative AI Techniques: GANs, VAEs.
  • Machine Learning Algorithms: Supervised learning (regression, classification), Unsupervised learning (clustering, dimensionality reduction).
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text analysis, language modeling, machine translation, text generation.
