What you will be responsible for

The Quality Analyst plays a key role in ensuring top-notch content for the newly established HR Management Team. This involves delivering articles with superior quality, making them easily discoverable, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning with the specified guidelines to facilitate AI in processing and summarizing information.

Responsibilities include reviewing all final content deliverables and testing them for AI compatibility, such as HR knowledge articles and other related content. The role also involves leading regular content audits in collaboration with global HR subject matter experts and knowledge owners.

Approach to the role

  • Utilize internal tools to review and test custom graphic layouts, screens, user experience elements, and article links before content updates are published.
  • Prepare and manage BSC reports, analyze defect patterns, and assist in finding solutions while guiding content specialists on areas for improvement.
  • Conduct routine assessments of expiring content and actively drive reviews and enhancements in partnership with subject matter experts and owners.

Qualifications we are seeking

  • Holder of a degree from a reputable university
  • 5-8 years of QA/manual testing experience, with focus on digital platforms
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or related internal operations

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in written and oral English communication. Bonus points for technical writing skills.
  • Deep understanding of user experience standards and content management best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of software testing methods and strategies
  • Skilled in manual testing across various platforms like web browsers, windows, and mobile apps.
  • General knowledge of HR policies, processes, and operations.
  • Demonstrates proactive initiative in creating a performance-oriented culture with a strong customer focus and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed to achieve outcomes.
  • Experience in implementing operational enhancements through structured execution.
