Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accessibility Testing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG and A11Y, ensuring our products are accessible to everyone. This remote role requires working flexibility within the 8 PM to 5 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing on web and mobile applications.
  • Use various tools to identify and document accessibility issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to fix issues.
  • Develop and execute accessibility test plans.
  • Provide detailed reports on accessibility issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest accessibility standards.
  • Support in creating and maintaining accessibility documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on product accessibility.
  • Assist in training team members on accessibility best practices.
  • Ensure timely completion of accessibility testing activities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in accessibility testing focused on A11Y and WCAG 2.1. Proficiency in accessibility testing tools like Axe, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, etc. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS, CPWA) is a plus.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and agile development practices.
