Job Summary


We are looking for a
Sales/Lead Excutative with a focus on organization, good interpersonal and communication skills, and improved multitasking ability.

Along with strong negotiating and deal-closing abilities, the role also heavily emphasizes B2C sales, Lead generate marketing, and strategic research.

The ideal applicant will have experience developing our company plan while maintaining marketing partners. This experience should include market trend analysis, relationship targeting, and use of tried-and-true techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical queries aftersales as customer required, generate new sale probability.
  • By showcasing the product's expert technical capabilities as well as its uses and advantages, a business may advertise and sell its products.

- explaining to consumers about a product's features.

  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Keeping track of lead generating operations, such as the quantity of leads generated, conversion rates, and other relevant data. This information will be utilized to assess the performance of lead generating tactics and make required modifications.
  • Assessing the potential of leads by gathering information about their needs, budget, timeline, and decisionmaking process. This involves asking relevant questions and actively listening to understand their requirements.

Researching and Identifying Sales Lead:

Conducting market research and utilizing various sources such as online directories, social media platforms, industry events, and databases to identify potential leads and target markets.


Lead Nurturing:
Building and maintaining relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and providing them with relevant information or resources. This includes educating leads about the company's offerings and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Out bound lead generation / Onboarding new dealclosing
  • Market reach and brand awareness
  • Support to channel network if required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
