Position Executive – Marketing

Department Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

A professional who is responsible for maintaining a brand's online presence by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals, and creating content for successful campaigns.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Performance & Growth Marketing - Devise the approach and implement effective, ROI-driven digital marketing, and growth/ performance marketing campaigns for direct and measurable business growth.
o Strategy Development - Develop an in-depth understanding of brand/customer strategy and identify how Digital Marketing can support brand strategic priorities.
o Brand Collateral - Work with brand teams to develop a deep understanding of target customer segments/personas and identify customer behaviors, preferences, and leverage points for campaigns, in order to drive personalization, efficiency, and impact of our marketing activities.
o Analytics - Measure and analyze performance and ROI for each marketing channel and campaign to study results against business goals. Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, including reporting measurement and return on investment for digital campaigns, Brand Website & Online partners – with the end outcome to drive sales growth via digital channels.
o Agency Management - Partner with brand teams to build, design and execute structured and personalized customer journeys/campaigns across a variety of innovative digital channels.
o Work with brand teams to set track/monitor / analyze campaign execution. Ensure 'closed loop marketing' by assessing campaign metrics/response/impact, taking learnings forward, and adjusting for future campaigns to optimize impact.
o Cross-functional communication - Work with our design team and vendors to produce high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media channels. Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
o Social Media Management - Maintain and improve social media presence with trending formats, moment marketing, and visual and written content in-line with brand positioning.
o Database & CRM- Drive automated direct marketing campaigns with available CRM tools and engaging content. Help strategize and find new ways to increase our social media exposure for our Facebook and Instagram profiles.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to Manager - Marketing

PREREQUISITES

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,Communications or other related fields Certification in Digital Marketing is mandatory. Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization,marketing databases, email, and social media marketing. Prior job experience in digital marketing or in related fields

EXPERIENCE:

2– 7 Years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B and B2C space; exposure to the hospitality industry or B2B and B2C execution will be given preference.

KNOWLEDGE

SEO & SEM, CRM, Data Analysis, SMM, Funnel Marketing In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

SKILLS

Strong sense of ownership, Execution excellence, Strongcuriosity, social media and SEO tools Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digitalmarketing.
