As a Healthcare Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract and hire talented healthcare professionals(Nurses, AHPs, Doctors) who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and looking for an excellent opportunity in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.
You will be responsible for identifying the staffing needs of the clients, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates.
You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and retention.This will include attending job fairs, networking events, and conferences and staying in touch with healthcare schools and industry associations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that new hires are integrated into the healthcare facility and that they receive adequate training and orientation.
You will work closely with healthcare managers and other professionals to ensure that new hires understand the expectations of their roles and the importance of providing quality patient care.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
