RequiredQualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Completion of residency training ininternal medicine
• Board certification innephrology
• Licenses to practice medicine andprescribe medication
• Experience in managingpatients with chronic kidney disease and endstage renaldisease
• Proficiency in dialysis procedures andmanagement
