Backend Web Developer Lead

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer (Backend) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing web applications that meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

You will lead our development team that designs, develops and maintains high-quality web applications using Java/Python. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving complex problems, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using Java / Python and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, Flask or FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design and ship new features.
  • Continuously integrate and deploy new software updates.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain a highquality code culture.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java / Python Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Java / Python programming language and its ecosystems.
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, Flask or FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3).
  • Understanding of database management systems, objectrelational mapping (ORM), and web services.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deploying applications in the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
