Job context and purposeDepartment - Customer Acceleration TeamThrough an intelligence-led, technology-enabled approach, the objective of the CustomerAcceleration Team (CAT) is to help define where Randstad needs to play and how to win tocreate a competitive advantage and drive enterprise customer growth and market share.
Working in close partnership with sales, account management and Randstad operatingcompanies, the CAT will create this competitive advantage through differentiated brand andcustomer value propositions, total talent model design, high performance and the quality of ourown talent.
The CAT consists of four specialized domains including:
- The Intelligence team has the purpose to share proactive insights and services onwhere to play and how to win.
- The Marketing and Communications team is focused on building themarket-leading enterprise brand in the marketplace, and attracting and engagingprospects and existing customers through a targeted account-based marketingapproach.
- The Solutions Design and Bids team engages customers with differentiatedcustomer value propositions and talent models that deliver measurable impact.
- The Global Pursuit Operations team is focused on driving sales and accountmanagement effectiveness through resourcing strong customer pursuit teams,technology enablement and consistent ways of working.
Purpose of the jobThe Market Intelligence Consultant through her/his work would help our internal stakeholdershave impactful conversations with the clients by providing them with actionable insights andintelligence that can inform their decision-making and help them in executing talent strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake market analysis and research to create reports and visualizations of industrytrends and of competitors to support the development
- Use qualitative and quantitative data and research to help determine potential marketsand sectors, product demand
- Analysis of data to support actionable strategic and tactical planning, including marketand specific industry insights
- Analysis of company annual reports to understand the financial performance of thecompany
- Conduct secondary research into outsourced HR market development
- Production/presentation of findings and recommended next steps to key customers andprospective clients
- Support internal stakeholders during selling/client retention process
- Creation of reporting as requested by the management team
- Assist in the preparation of market and industry insights for MBRs and QBRs
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Market Research
- Should possess the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significantamounts of information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complexconcepts in simple terms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
- Exceptional proficiency in data analysis/analytics skills.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace(Google Slides, Docs, Sheets) is required for creating reports and presentations.
- Hands-on-experience in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau ispreferred.
- Experience in the HR industry would be an advantage.
