Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:

  • • 3 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • • Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, algorithmic development & ability to write complex SOQL/SOSL Queries
  • • Proven experience in Salesforce Development & Debugging (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Classes and API Web Services, Salesforce declarative programming techniques)
  • • Exposure to DevOps practices (Git, SFDX, SonarCube, BitBucket) is preferred
  • • Experience with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Integration to other Cloud-based Integration Systems, ExtJs, and Angular is a plus
  • • Adherence to Salesforce development best practices to develop solutions that are testable, scalable, extensible, maintainable, and certified on AppExchange
  • • Certification in Platform Developer I is required
  • • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and good communication skills
  • • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of translating requirements into application and operational deliverables
  • • Long-term product engineering-based engagement
  • • Candidate will be required to operate out of Capgemini Gandhinagar office for an extended duration


Responsibilities:

  • • Participate in design discussions with architects, technical and functional stakeholders to analyze functional, technical, integration, and data needs and to help clarify, refine, and document requirements
  • • Debug & Develop solutions, including automated tests, as part of the sustenance & enhancement of Salesforce-based Sales & Catering product
  • • Involved in sprint planning activities, including work estimation as part of delivering agile Salesforce projects
