Technical Leadership:

Design and architect scalable, resilient, and cloud-native Java-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
Ensure adherence to design patterns, microservices architecture, and industry best practices.

Java Development:
Lead the development of Java applications, APIs, and microservices, following agile development methodologies.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, incorporating unit testing and continuous integration practices.
Implement performance optimizations and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Containerization and Orchestration:
Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Optimize container orchestration for scalability, fault tolerance, and resource efficiency.

Cloud Platforms:


Architect and deploy applications on cloud platforms, primarily AWS (Amazon Web Services).Leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS for building scalable and resilient solutions.

Implement security best practices and compliance standards within AWS environments.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and technical challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team.
