  • Test all our old and new software products
  • Coordinate between the support team and development team
  • Maintain a list of bugs and get development team to fix them on time
  • Replicate & verify bugs and technical issues mentioned by customers
  • Understand customers complaints, help development team improve the product when possible.

Technical Knowledge required:

  • Basic knowledge of using c Panel and Filezilla (FTP)
  • Basic knowledge of using Word Press (install it, install plugins, themes etc)
  • Knowledge about Facebook, You Tube and all other social media sites
  • Ability to create multiple accounts on Social Media sites for testing
You are fit for this Position if you have :
