Compliance Specialist

- Establish, implement, and maintain risk standards and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements.
- Oversee the execution of third-party requirements and challenge compliance decisions.
- Provide oversight of risk-based compliance programs.
- Offer expertise in business knowledge for third-party engagements.
- Provide consulting for projects with compliance risk.
- Monitor issues, deficiencies, and regulatory matters related to compliance risk management.
- Provide guidance on corrective action plans and regulatory change management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Report compliance findings and recommendations.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues.
- Work on moderate risk compliance matters.
- Exercise independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 1+ year of control identification or risk experience
- Experience with risk-based regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of consumer lending regulations.
- Operational skills in implementing initiatives.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation.
- On-site work required.
