Tasks

We are seeking anAdvisor & Mentor to join our team and collaborate closelywith our Tech Lead. In this role youll serve as a supportivepartner assisting in the growth and development of Klink.

Whileyour primary focus will be on working with the Tech Lead youll alsohave opportunities for occasional interaction with the wider team.

Our team consists of 10 individuals 7 in the tech team and we havea live product. The technical team is expected to grow further overthe course of this year.

YourResponsibilities:
Offermentorship to the Tech Lead emphasizing team building managerialskills organizational growth and leadershipdevelopment.
Act as a collaborative contributorin technical decisionmaking processes and contribute insights toshape the companys roadmap.
Assess technicaldecisionmaking processes and assist in partner selection forstrategicinitiatives.
Requirements

Weare seeking an Advisor with a proven track record in successfullylaunching products within the crypto or fintech sectors and whounderstands the key elements of effective technicalleadership

Requirements:
Demonstratedexperience in developing products within the crypto or fintechdomain.
Preferably previous involvement withcryptoexchanges or wallet projects.
Strongbackground in building and overseeing technicalteams.
Detailoriented with a background inprojectmanagement.
