Job Description:
  • Source candidates for ecommerce, marketing, and warehouse management roles from various online channels
  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, and job boards
  • Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist in conducting interviews
  • Maintain detailed employee records
  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations
  • Manage office administration and assist in onboarding
  • Oversee interview, selection, and closing processes

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • 2-5 years of experience as HR Recruiter/Executive
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Employment and Labour law
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Reporting to: Operations Manager


Working days: 5-6 days per week, with First and Third Saturdays off
