Role Description:
This is a full-time onsite position for an Associate Recruiter at Studio Diseño + SDTECH. As an Associate Recruiter, your main responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company. Working closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment requirements, you will post job listings, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process efficiently. Apart from this, you will support in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Solid understanding of recruitment platforms and tools
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Keen attention to detail and robust organizational abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in the technology or design sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
