Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth and improvement
  • Be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs

People

  • Recruit and onboard top talent, providing ongoing support and development

Management

  • Oversee global client service operations, implementing new initiatives for improved customer experience
  • Manage service-agent shifts and ensure SLAs are met
  • Utilize customer feedback for continuous service enhancement
  • Conduct performance reviews and analysis for leadership

Requirements:

  • Experience in client service leadership within a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and talent development abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation and learning
  • Degree level education preferred
