Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a law degree from any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala with valid certificates.
  • You must be fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
  • Must have basic knowledge of the law on the Constitution of India, CPC, Cr.
P.C., Evidence Act, NI Act, etc.

  • Must be a self-starter who is willing to do any work incidental to case filing or posting at Court.
  • You must be a quick learner aspiring to excel in the career of law.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.
  • Assist senior counsels both in the drafting and presenting cases at Court.
  • Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings and present cases as and when asked to do so.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • File cases, both electronically and physically, and ensure timely postings of cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to assist in case analysis and client counseling.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining client-attorney privilege.

Nature of Work:
both office and court work mostly at the High Court of Kerala.
