Job Summary :
Work as a Technical Lead for GW Claim Center Configuration and GW Integrations.

The candidate would work as an individual contributor as well as a lead for the team that analyzes requirements, analyze incident/ defects/ problems to identify root cause, work on new enhancements, projects.

Responsibilities :
Work on enhancements, projects, production support, value additions, etc.
Need to work as a Tech Lead to contribute to various streams of Guidewire projects.
Interface, collaborate and communicate with the onsite counterparts.
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
Regular status reporting to the Program Managers and onsite counterparts.
Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
Manage the performance management for the direct reports, as per the organization policies.
Foster teamwork and lead by example.
Training and mentoring of project resources.
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Requirements :
Highly experienced and hands-on in Guidewire Claim Center Configuration and/or Guidewire Integration.
Good understanding on claims FNOL and claim handling process.
Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, on Insurance applications.
Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.
Excellent business communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent client facing skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
Should have worked in Global Delivery Model.
Experience in Data models.
Driven scrum team for success.

Desired Skill Set:
Knowledge in Agile Manager or related Agile Scrum tools.
Guidewire Certification in Claim Center.
