Job Description:

Onegrade Solutions, a leading construction company dedicated to innovative and sustainable building practices, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Technician to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical drawings for civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings : Create detailed and precise technical drawings and plans for various construction projects, including civil and PEB structures.

Collaboration :

Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate and high-quality drawings.

Revisions :

Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected.

Compliance :
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.

Documentation :
Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Site Visits :

Occasionally visit construction sites to gather data, verify measurements, and coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure the accurate implementation of drawings.

Quality Control :
Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:
Education : Associate degree or diploma in drafting, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Experience :
Freshers can apply

Skills :
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Tekla).
Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with pre-engineered building (PEB) projects.
Certification in CAD software.
Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
