Human Resource Manager

This position will be managed through a third-party payroll system

Job Summary:

The individual will be accountable for overseeing the sales program in the South & West regions and the non-sales program across PAN India.

This role entails managing all HR activities from recruitment to departures for both sales and non-sales teams. Additionally, the person will handle administrative tasks for the HMD Bangalore office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes for both sales and non-sales positions
  • Supervise all staffing requirements and company operations
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to promptly fill vacant positions
  • Conduct employee onboarding and assist in organizing training & development initiatives
  • Provide guidance to employees on various HR matters including leaves and compensation, and solve related issues
  • Advocate for HR initiatives to cultivate a productive and harmonious work environment
  • Aid in the formulation and execution of human resource policies
  • Undertake responsibilities in performance management
  • Collect and evaluate data utilizing pertinent HR metrics
  • Organize and execute employee engagement events at the Bangalore office and sales team locations in the South & West regions
  • Manage documentation and generate reports on personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and duties of the HR department
  • Help recruiters in identifying candidates for open positions
- examine payroll preparation including relevant details (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews with Zone head
  • Assist in facilitating recruitments for sales & non-sales roles
  • Manage vendor relationships (Contracts / KPIs / Performance)
  • Plan quarterly employee engagement initiatives
  • Organize and oversee various facility installations (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.) and renovation projects
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and supplies to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Inspect building structures to identify repair or renovation needs
  • Monitor utilities consumption and strive to reduce costs
  • Supervise all facilities staff (cleaning, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors
  • Coordinate parking allocation, waste management, and building security
  • Allocate office space based on requirements
  • Manage insurance plans and service contracts
  • Maintain financial and non-financial records
  • Perform analysis and forecasting
