  • Educating clients about the benefits of partnering with a Google Trusted Agency and how our services can help them achieve their business goals.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital solutions, including Google Ads, SEO, website development, and other IT services.
  • Generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales team by scheduling followup calls or meetings with interested prospects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Keeping accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and followup activities using CRM software.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, Google products, and digital marketing best practices to better serve clients and drive sales.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance targets to meet and exceed sales objectives.
