This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Creating and maintaining the testing architecture and framework, including the development of test automation tools and processes.
  • Working with software development teams to ensure that test cases and scripts are created and maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to software testing teams and ensuring that all testing activities are performed in accordance with best practices and standards.
  • Analyzing and evaluating test results and working with software developers to resolve any defects or issues identified during testing.
  • Developing and maintaining testing metrics, reports, and documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders as required.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends, technologies and best practices in software testing and identifying areas for improvement in the testing process.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Good communication skills and collaborate with crossfunctional and globally located teams to ensure that software is delivered on time and to the required quality standard.
  • Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Automation framework or solutions.
  • Participate in requirements reviews ensuring that they are unambiguous, complete, correct and consistent.
  • Ensure conformance to organization and project specific quality processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Overall 10+ years with 7+ years of experience with a strong technical background in design and development of Enterprise Applications and 3+ years of handson experience as test specialist with deep technical knowledge on Architecture, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
  • Creating and maintaining the testing architecture and framework, including the development of test automation tools and processes.
  • Working with software development teams to ensure that test cases and scripts are created and maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
