Senior Technical IT SupportExperience:8-9 YearsNoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 daysLocation:BangaloreJD:Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, configure, and maintaindesktop and laptop systems to meet organizational requirements.
  • Manage the daily operations and administrationof computer labs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, andnetwork issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Configure and maintain networkdevices such as routers, switches, and KVM switches.
  • Flash BIOS and install operatingsystems on new or existing computer systems.
  • Provide timely and effective livesupport to remote users, resolving technical issues and maintaining highservice levels.
  • Conduct routine checks andmaintenance of lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Document technical procedures anduser guides for lab users

RequiredSkills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in assembling andconfiguring desktop and laptop computers.
  • Strong understanding of networkmanagement and experience with configuring routers and switches.
  • Ability to flash BIOS and installvarious operating systems.
  • Experience in providing livetechnical support and troubleshooting to remote users.
  • Familiarity with KVM switchconfiguration and management.
  • Knowledge of lab safety and standardoperating procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to assist and educate lab users.
