About the job
Job Summary:
This role oversees all aspects of the department's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day activities. They are also responsible for managing relationships with other departments or with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Determine procedures for the department and ensuring execution
- Ensure the internal and cross-functional cooperation within the department as well as across departments
- Review plans and projects of the department and make certain that they comply with general policies of the company
- Monitor, review, and approve reports on employee performance
- Set goals for the department and motivate employees to achieve them with effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent scientific fields
- At least 15 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles
- At least 15 years of experience in ASIC architecture design
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
