Job Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager specializes in paid media strategies, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, aiming to maximize ROI. Proficiency in Google Analytics is crucial for tracking and gaining insights.Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement advanced strategies for Google Ads and Facebook Ads, managing all campaign aspects.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Google Analytics extensively to analyze campaign performance and enhance strategies.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across paid media platforms for optimal ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through testing and creative iteration.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Align paid media strategies with business goals through teamwork across departments.
  • Trend Analysis and Market Research: Implement innovative approaches to stay competitive in paid media advertising.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns successfully.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with other paid media platforms is a plus.
