Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct threat and risk assessments for automotive embedded systems
Conduct penetration testing of embedded systems to identify vulnerabilities
Develop and maintain security protocols for automotive embedded systems
Implement secure boot and secure firmware update mechanisms in automotive embedded systems
Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure security requirements are met in automotive embedded systems
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity for embedded systems in the automotive industry
Develop and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity for automotive embedded systems
Conduct training sessions for other team members on cybersecurity concepts and best practices

Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly language
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and techniques (e.g. cryptography, secure boot, secure firmware update, penetration testing)
Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
Familiarity with automotive electronics and systems
Experience with software development tools and methodologies used in the automotive industry (e.g. AUTOSAR, MISRA)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience:

9 years of experience in embedded systems development with a focus on cybersecurity in the automotive industry
