Implementing the daily clerical planning at Admission office.

Responsible for implementation of relevant clerical procedures.
Accept telephone calls, transfer messages and enquiries of a clinical nature to medical, nursing and other ancillary staff.
Input and retrieve patient record information using the computer system, including movements related to episodes of care changes.
Responsible for Coordination with patient for registration.
Handling all kinds of queries of patients / visitors / staff either on phone or via personal contact & guiding the patient to various OPD / clinical department.
Record all necessary information in the log book.
Responsible for incoming call in the reception.
Maintain patient record including completion of the Registration Process.
Call relevant respond code/s as instructed by appropriate clinical personnel in Emergency situations.
Requisition of reception stationery.
Explain to the patient about the general instruction like registration fees and unique registration ID card details.
Trains new and relief new reception staffs and orientates new medical and nursing staff to the clinical requirements of the ward.
Undertakes other duties as allocated by the Supervisor.
