Primary Skills:
Physical Design, CTS, STA & Physical Verification
- Experience with RTL2GDS Implementation including Synthesis, Floor planning, Placement, CTS, Routing, STA, Power Integrity Analysis, and Physical Verification.
- Proficiency in Physical Design Methodologies and advanced tech nodes such as 5nm & 3nm.
- Expertise in managing high frequency partitions & memory-driven designs.
- Familiarity with scripting in Tcl/Tk/Perl.
- Strong skills in Flow development are advantageous.
- Experience with budgeting, full chip timing & Full chip PV is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Bump planning, RDL routing, ESD implementation is an advantage.
- Thorough understanding of timing constraints, STA, and timing closure.
- Experience in dealing with Full chip & hierarchical partitions.
- Background in at least 1 full chip tapeout.
- Tools: Innovus, Genus, Tempus & Calibre
