Aboutthe Human Resources team

TheHuman Resources (HR) function plays a pivotal role within CSFserving as a strategic partner to drive the success of ouremployees and the overall organization. As the backbone of ourtalent management efforts HR focuses on cultivating a positive andinclusive work environment ensuring compliance with employment lawsand regulations fostering employee engagement implementingeffective training and development programs and overseeingperformance management. A key part of our job is dedicated toattracting developing and retaining top talent while promoting aculture of excellence diversity and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and passionate Human Resource professional withunderstanding of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You will beentrusted with leading key hiring mandates and an opportunity tosharpen HR processes CSF. Your key focus will be on talentacquisition that is aligned with organizational culture andenabling HR processes including onboarding payroll HRIS policycompliance and employee relations to enhance efficiency andemployee experience.

Keyresponsibilities

TalentAcquisition

  • Drive the development and implementation oftalent acquisition strategies in the social impact sector(specifically education) aimed at attracting and retainingexceptional professionals to drive forth CSFsvision
  • Forge collaborative partnerships withhiring managers and key stakeholders to gain deep insights intorecruitment needs skill requirements and organizationalvalues.
  • Take the lead in the endtoendrecruitment process from identifying the right candidate pools tosourcing to organizational mapping to conducting rigorous candidateassessments and managing offernegotiations.
  • Harness diverse recruitmentchannels and proactively build and nurture a robust talent pipelinefostering strong relationships with potential candidates andestablishing a wide network of social impact professionals ineducation.
  • Implement best practices incandidate assessment ensuring a meticulous evaluation process thatidentifies individuals who align with our organizations mission andpossess the necessary skills.
  • Establish andmeticulously track key recruitment metrics to gauge the efficacy oftalent acquisition efforts identify areas for enhancement andfurnish regular insightful reports tostakeholders.

HRProcess Excellence

  • Strategic Onboarding and OffboardingManagement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategiesto ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.Lead the offboarding process with a focus on gathering valuableinsights through exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitionsfor departing employees.
  • Payroll and BenefitsOversight: Spearhead payroll operations and collaborate closelywith finance to guarantee seamless execution of payroll processesemphasizing timeliness and precision.
  • HRISManagement and Data Analytics: Maintain and optimize HR informationsystems and databases to uphold the integrity and currency ofemployee records. Harness data analytics capabilities to generateactionable insights facilitate strategic HR decisions and ensurecompliance with regulatorystandards.
  • Performance Management Facilitation:Drive performance appraisal processes fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement through goal setting constructive feedbacksessions and developing performance improvement plans wherenecessary.

What would make you a good fit forthe role

  • You have a bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field. Masters degree is aplus.
  • You have at least 6 years of experiencein human resources and a significant understanding of talentacquisition and HR processes. Having done this in the social impactsector will help you navigate the spacebetter.
  • You have excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. You thrive in collaborative environmentsactively engaging with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders toachieve shared goals and foster a culture of teamwork andsynergy.
  • You have a meticulous approach to yourway of working and always ensure attention todetail.
  • You embrace a datadriven approach to HRmanagement leveraging analytics and insight and precision indocumentation processes and decisionmaking.
