Executive Assistant to join our team and contribute to our internal coordination and reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Team Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the internal team.
  • Schedule and organize team meetings, ensuring all members are wellinformed and prepared.

Team Reporting:

  • Generate and compile reports as required by the team.
  • Present data in a clear and understandable format to support decisionmaking processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and concise communication channels within the team.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of team activities and decisions.
  • Maintain records and files in a systematic manner.
