We are a leading importer of projectors, and we are currently seeking two experienced telecallers with excellent English-speaking skills to join our team.

As a telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our business by communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting our range of projector products.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales or telecalling roles preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining call records and customer databases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our range of projector products.
  • Providing information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable projector solutions.
  • Following up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
