Job Summary:


The Finance Controller will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting executive management with key financial insights to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide periodic MIS / management reports as required from time to time.
  • Coordinate and review the budget preparations and align with the group timeline.
  • GST monthly compliances Audit and assessment
  • Income Tax, Transfer Price compliances and assessments.
  • TDS and withholding tax, PF, PT deduction, its payments & filing the Tax Returns by timeline.
  • Control inventory, receivable and working capitals to optimize.
  • Streamline and automate financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee cost management and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecast, identifying corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CA preferred.
  • Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software i.e. SAP is must.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
