We are looking for a SEO professional, with excellent communication skills. This position needs to have hands-on experience in search optimization, and related tools.

Primary task is to support ongoing Search Engine Optimization(SEO) activities such as researching and analyzing keywords, ensuring correct implementation of on-page optimization, managing and using digital tools, creating education material etc.


What you will do

  • Discover content optimization and future content opportunities by conducting keyword research, competitor, and content analyses.
  • Run sitewide audits and recommend fixes: e.g. backlink/content audit or technical audit.
  • Make handson SEO improvements in the EPiServer CMS, e.g. identifying missing meta data, monitoring and fixing broken links etc.
  • Regular performance monitoring and reporting on SEO KPIs, e.g. organic traffic, backlinks.
  • Serve as an administrator for Google Search Console and other relevant SEO tools.
  • Drive adoption of various SEO tools and techniques.
  • Trainings: support in crafting & communicating material.
  • Update & distribute SEO documentation, e.g. guidelines, trainings, intranet, etc...
  • Stay up to date with SEO and coordinated marketing trends.

  • Provides information, assistance, and support to others to build a basis for future reciprocity.
  • Deep understanding of the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques, & trends.
  • Ability to interact with global stakeholders(Ericsson colleagues) and other business units to gather requirements and implement the SEO based on the requirement.
  • Experience of working with SEO and data tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and various rank trackers.
  • Experience of working with enterprise SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, Searchmetrics or similar) will be preferred.
  • Onpage and offpage optimization for the website.
  • Excellent Google analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems.
  • Overall understanding of SEM and SoMe is a plus.
  • Knowledge in html and CSS is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, IT or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO(with digital marketing background).
  • Knowledge of technical SEO aspects.
  • Knowledge of standard methodologies of international SEO.
  • Experience of working in a global team.
  • Passion for learning and updating new and emerging algorithms by search engines.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
