Are you a seasoned Oracle NetSuite ERP Administrator with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? Do you thrive in a remote environment and can provide an overlap with US Central time? If so, we want to hear from you

We're seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, ensuring optimal performance, and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the ongoing administration of the NetSuite application, ensuring its smooth operation and data integrity.

- Monitor system usage and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues proactively.

- Perform daily account maintenance and management tasks.

- Handle technical and system administration, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical support and guidance on using NetSuite effectively.

- Assist with data extraction and reporting to generate insightful information for decision-making.

- Facilitate user training on system adoption and ongoing user support (as needed).

- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of NetSuite to maximize its functionality and optimize business processes.

Qualifications :

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience managing NetSuite administration.

- Strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP principles, functionalities, and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Proven experience in managing senior leadership expectations and delivering solutions effectively.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues independently.

- Experience with data extraction and reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Must be available to provide an overlap with US Central time.

Hands on experience (5 6 years) in managing NetSuite and Celigo Exp is must

Good Communication in both Writing & Verbal English

Should have good experience in managing the senior Leadership

Manages the on-going administration of the NetSuite application

Monitoring usage and system performance

Daily account maintenance and management

Technical and system administration, including configuration and integration

Point of contact for end users and NetSuite Support

Working Experience on Celigo and SPS connector would be must

Helping with data extraction through reporting

If needed, can facilitate user training on system adoption & user support

The Administrator role has access to all tasks and pages in NetSuite, including :

Full visibility into all areas of the NetSuite account Complete access to the Setup Manager, the path to common administrator tasks
