Opening for Bahrain for BAPCC ProjectCompany Name - GGG Group CompanySalary BD+FAT+OTOil & Gas Industry Responsible for the operation of the landfill site as well as the site equipment's proper upkeep, maintenance and housekeeping and any other work directed by the Project Manager- Oil and gas industry
- Management of hazardous waste landfill facilities
- Sampling and characterization of hazardous wastes
- Solidification/stabilization of hazardous waste (preferred, however not required)
- Risk assessment and emergency planning
- Environmental monitoring and reporting
- Spill control program and damage assessment
- Budget preparation for waste management services
- Evaluation of management options and application of waste hierarchy model in order to reduce, reuse, recycle, recover and dispose of waste materials
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the waste received, treated and disposed
- Conducting training in waste management and hazardous waste handling
- Knowledge of local, state and international regulations (particularly USEPA) on hazardous materials/waste management
- Knowledge of hazardous materials management practices and techniques
- Knowledge of chemical compatibility and hazard classes
- Skill in analyzing hazardous waste
- Skill in both verbal and written communication in English
- Computer literate
