Role Purpose & Context

The role of a Executive assistant is to help with monitoring and responding to CEO's email and assisting SLT with managing the workload. They should be extremely trustworthy & be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality as they will have access to CEO email and sensitive data. Will need to be good at planning and organizing event such as CEO events/meetings, industry events/meetings, and other events

Key Responsibilities

  • Task will involve monitoring, managing, and replying to any emails received to CEO email.
  • Managing CEO's calendar for meetings, events, and to-do list.
  • Provide regularly briefing to CEO.
  • Working within a team environment as well as with other teams.
  • Helping manage CEO's workload and tasks and assisting Leadership team in their tasks to reduce their workload.
  • Will need to be good at planning and organizing event such as CEO events/meetings, industry events/meetings, and other events.
  • Should be willing to travel domestic and internationally to assist CEO and/or Leadership team
  • They should be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Office.
  • They will need to monitor CEO email 24/7/365 and will need to work in shifts at our Ahmedabad office.
  • Should be fluent in English and should have completed studies in English medium school and University.
  • Should have university degree.
  • Should be extremely trustworthy & be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality as they will have access to CEO email and sensitive data.
  • Should be good with money management and budgeting. May be asked to manage CEO's credit card and expenses.
  • Should be competent in MS office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc....
  • Should be competent in communicating, multitasking, working with others in a team, diplomatic and can-do attitude.
  • Should be good at taking notes and meeting minutes as well as tracking and following up on action items
  • Some of secretarial experience could also help
    • Should be proactive in nature .

  • Excellent written & verbal skills in English
  • Managing calendar meetings, events, and to-do list
  • Good with money management and budgeting.
  • Should be competent in communicating, multitasking, working with others in a team, diplomatic and can-do attitude.
  • Should be good at taking notes and meeting minutes as well as tracking and following up on action items
