Position Summary:
We are looking for reliable and responsible food delivery boys to join our team.

As a delivery boy, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of orders to our valued customers.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance while representing our brand.
  • Follow traffic and safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately (if required).
  • Maintain and perform basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle (if provided).
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including being courteous and respectful to customers.
  • Follow the designated routes and delivery schedules for each shift.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a twowheeler vehicle ( required).
  • Ability to navigate using maps and GPS.
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions (if required).
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry food orders.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
