About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer / Civil Engineer to oversee and carry out interior finishing tasks for our projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in a variety of finishing activities, exceptional project management abilities, and a sharp eye for detail. This position entails creating work schedules, managing expenses, and ensuring top-notch work quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute various interior finishing works such as masonry, tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards for finishing materials.

Work Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop detailed work plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate material procurement and maintain cost control.
  • Document project phases for transparency.

Billing and Measurement:

  • Review and process billing accurately based on provided drawings.

Progress Reporting:

  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.

Site Management:

  • Supervise on-site activities for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress and quality.
  • Manage finishing work snag lists.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or civil engineering.
  • Thorough understanding of interior finishing materials and quality requirements.
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Effective on-site activity oversight and management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in interior finishing tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
