Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6-13 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

Solution Implementation :

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions that align with best practices and ensure scalability and performance.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.

System Integration :

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Develop and maintain API integrations and web services.

  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

Performance Optimization :

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.
  • Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Documentation and Training :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers and administrators.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support staff.

Support and Maintenance :

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Monitor system health and performance, and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 613 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Extensive handson experience with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design, and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and thirdparty tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in IT service management (ITSM) or a related field is advantageous.
