The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, following up on leads, and closing orders. They will also engage with existing clients, provide product-related support, and actively participate in collections. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, present product offerings, and negotiate terms to secure new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and provide necessary information to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide productrelated support, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Actively participate in collections by following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and make informed recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience or internship in sales, business development, or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Customeroriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Salary:
₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month
