JR. Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive JR. Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of our company's offerings and a drive to build and maintain client relationships. The key responsibilities include:

  • Acquainting oneself with the complete range of products and services provided by our firm.
  • Sourcing new clientele through personal outreach, referrals, and synergy with the marketing team.
  • Engaging in networking events to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with current clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Recommending enhancements or new products/services that may benefit clients.
  • Creating comprehensive business proposals and contracts to generate increased revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Training personnel with the necessary technical and interpersonal skills to boost sales performance.
  • Evaluating client feedback and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Staying informed about consumer trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
