Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the financial goals of the foundation.

Donor Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other funding sources.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and raise funds.

Collaboration: Work closely with the program and communications teams to align fundraising activities with the foundation's goals and objectives.

Reporting: Track and report on fundraising progress, donor engagement, and financial targets to senior management and the board of directors.

Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and meeting financial targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and current trends.

From ₹30,000.00 per month
