Job OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Director (AD) or Director to join our market research team and provide oversight for the team in India (Currently ~5 MR India staff).This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the India team, which will include:deliverables (internal and external) before they are shared with project leadsdevelop research materials (e.g.

questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides, topline slides, final reports, etc.), providing feedback and guidance to junior staff as necessaryday-to-day workload for the India team, ensuring support is reallocated based on capacity/prioritiesand mentoring staff in Indiajunior members meet deadlines for project timelinescommunication with clientsMarket Research engagements from start to finish- from proposal writing to final presentationThey should have a strong background of hands on research in terms of design and presentation creation. They will guide, train and coach juniors and will have line management responsibilities.

As a new role, the short-term focus will be on managing the OffShore team with the potential to transition to leading engagements.

Ideally this individual will have qualitative and quantitative experience in primary market research, but we would also entertain candidates who only have experience in quant.
