Job Description-

We're looking for a superstar intern to join our social media team You'll help us create awesome content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more. You'll also find creators to partner with As part of our team, you'll be a crucial player in our journey from 10-100, helping us grow our Instagram following from 150k to 1 million in 6 months and taking our social media game to the next level across all channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Content Creation Champion: Help us create awesome content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more Think eye-catching pictures and videos, and posts that people will love to read and share.
  • Brainstorming Buzz: Join us in coming up with creative ideas for new social media campaigns to keep things exciting.
  • Social Media Superhero: Schedule and publish all our amazing content at the perfect times across social media channels and keep an eye on our social media channels and respond to comments and questions in a friendly and professional way.
  • Social Media Strategist (in Training): Do some research to understand what's trending on social media, who our competitors are, and who our ideal audience is. This will help us create even better content
  • Data Decoder: Learn how to analyze the data from our social media posts to see what's working and what's not.
  • Social Media Savvy: Stay on top of the latest trends and coolest new platforms to keep our social media game strong

Creator Management:

  • Find awesome creators (think YouTubers or social media influencers) who perfectly match our brand and the people we're trying to reach.
  • Help us connect with these creators and build partnerships.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with the creators we work with.
  • Be the bridge between the creators and our team, making sure everyone's on the same page.
  • Track how well our campaigns with creators are doing and see what results we're getting.

Requirement-

  • A bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful with a knack for storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn
