Responsibilities will include:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive the prioritization and grooming of product backlogs, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered on time and within scope. Facilitate communication and collaboration between product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development process. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our customers. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to product owners to support their professional growth and development. Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and decision-making. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of product initiatives. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product owner team. Represent the product owner team in meetings, presentations, and cross-functional discussions, advocating for the team's needs and priorities. Own and help prioritize the Technical Debt and Epics backlog for multi-product teams Participate in PI planning for cross-product teams, for Agile Release Trai

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related roles. Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on coaching and professional development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience in the real estate or property management industry. Certification in Agile methodologies (, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster). Familiarity with product management tools and techniques, such as Agile project management software, user story mapping, and product backlog grooming. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering customer value and driving business growth.
