about the role

The Sr. Consultant is responsible for the technical integrity and performance of its client platform

responsible for the technical integrity of Storage and Backup platform (NetBackup and Commvault)

• responsible for platform performance

• provides the necessary support for L2 teams during complex incidents and / or crises

• provides the necessary support for validation and technical coordination during complex changes and participates in CAB when needed

• proposes and implements industrialization and automation work sites in order to increase efficiency and profitability

• develops the best practices of provisioning to guarantee the consistency, scalability and performance of the platform

• identifies release management needs and equipment upgrades

• is the privileged interlocutor for Architects and Engineering for technical discussions related to the evolutions and extensions of the customer's solution.

• is the technical reference of the customer solution vis-à-vis the support and engineering teams

• responsible for technical decisions related to organic growth of the platform in coordination with the capacity manager

• manages the regular evaluations and performance audits of the platform

• responsible for maintaining and changing the alarm thresholds / notification necessary for the proactive management of the performance

• Responsible for the maintenance of the technical documentation (LLD2, Technical Content of the COG, ...)

about you

Professional working experience of years in "build and operations" of the Storage and Backup solutions with expertise in cloud technologies ( storage (NetApp, EMC, NetBackup, Commvault and Cloud Management platforms)

Strong experience in the field of service management, projects or complex IT operations.

Very good exposure in implementing automation tool on the private cloud platforms.

experience in technical management of complex solution from end to end

Experience in the operational environment of complex IT solutions

good knowledge of organizations and operational processes

Good level of practiced technical knowledge and solid product architecture understanding

You have an excellent command of English and at least 3 years of experience in the IT field.

good team spirit, customer orientation and international environment

knowledge in coordination / project management is a plus
