Description

Summary The QA Personnel should provide facility support in the development, maintenance, improvement, and management of the QMS, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Responsible to generate and maintain procedures, specifications, and systems to ensure customer requirements are effectively planned, and ensure that the operations, material control and processes satisfy customer and Flowserve requirements. Co-ordination and reporting of management quality KPI's, customer problem resolution, conducting and supporting ISO9001 internal, external and supplier audits. The QA Personnel should execute the supporting activities of measuring and improving quality products and business processes. Operational Excellence & High Level of Customer Service Standard.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive business philosophies, perspectives, imperatives, and leadership expectations to enable site and culture transformation. Support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the QMS and procedures. Provide support in maintaining all Quality certifications documentation for the business (ISO 9001:2015, others site's specific) Drive internal and external audits and conduct various quality control spot / regular inspections on products as required during problem analysis. Identify areas of improvement (internal, external and supplier) and develop quality improvement programs utilizing quality tools and statistical techniques. Support Embrace and drive accountability and performance-based culture in leading Site Quality Programs and Cost of Quality and Support quality cultural change in the facility. Work with a proactive approach to assure accountability of KPIs compliance and reporting (Non-conformances, Rework, Scrap, First Pass Yield, Escapes, Warranties, Corrective Actions). Interact & communicate with customer, supplier & other functional areas including manufacturing, purchasing, production, and field service/repair to evaluate on quality issues plus resolution of any problems within process and final product acceptance. Provide support in Customer complaints / Escapes / Customer Feedback problem solving and be able to present results to customer and identify opportunities for process improvements. Partner with QC incoming, in-process and final inspection to assure Quality compliance in the site. Review of customer specifications associated with project Quality processes and ensure that the Quality requirements of the Project are included within the ITP (Inspection Test Plan). Familiar with on Hands experience of Working on a Quality Online Portal. Lead, facilitate and coach Problem Solving (RCA/CA/PA) for the facility through Analyzing trends resulting from Statistical Data and propose suggestions/recommendations for process & Detection corrective actions.

Required Experience ,Qualifications and Skills

BE Mech with 12-15 yrs experience or DME with 15-20 yrs experience in Quality preferably in Pump's OEM environment. NDE certification for MPI, LP, UT, RT & VT Must be certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015 Additionally preferred certification for ISO & ISO Knowledge of inspection equipment found in machining, assembly and test operations of pumps and associated accessories Proficient in Data analysis tools & techniques, corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA tools. Possess Knowledge of welding , NDE, established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities. Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English & Fluent in business conversation, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills. Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.
