Senior Product Engineer
based out of
our Bangalore Office location .
The Senior Engineer is responsible for driving the technical strategy and vision for the team, valuing simplicity and willing to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve Agile design.
A good Senior Engineer is keen to get their hands dirty, actively helping the team solve the biggest problems. This individual is an executor as well as the visionary force behind the technical solution. How You'll Spend Your Time:
Withum is looking for Senior Product Engineer who has Experience in building solutions using technologies such as PowerApps ( both canvas and model driven ), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, SQL, Forms, SharePoint online, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, Web ServicesExperience designing and developing within the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Portal, Automate, Dataverse)Advanced experience of data integration using APIsDevelop and ensure all solutions and package components and configurations migrate properly between new/established environments.· Should be able to take part in data analysis, data manipulation, database design, programming, and implementation.
We expect that you have project experience onCommon data services (Dataverse) and integration to Dynamics 365.Using API (Azure API Management) custom-connectors within PowerApps.
Configuring Model Driven Apps for Dynamics 365.Development of Business process Flow and Approval FlowPower Apps security capabilities, including Role based authorization.- Experience contributing to solution design activities- Working experience in CI/CD, Git commands, GitHub source, Azure DevOps- Experience with establishing and maintaining Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)- Platform Admin experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments- Prior experience with object-oriented programming technologies like Java/.

Experience with development best practices and methodologies to evaluate, diagnose, and develop applications for optimal systems performanceExperience with setting up Power Platform system settings (Security, Data Management, Auditing) possibly through Dynamics 365Utilize problem solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
(Product support & IT Experience will not be considered)Microsoft Azure & Power Apps certificationExperience with Azure Development such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Application ServicesWork in an agile environment and participate in all agile ceremoniesStrong personal and communication skills both written and verbal; ability to develop relationships with all stakeholdersGreat organizational skillExhibits willingness to try new ideas, even when different that status quoExcellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and adapt to shifting needs and prioritiesAble to learn and adapt to new and complex procedures quicklyPromotes team health, spirit, and camaraderieComplete timely, work items and document project deliverables, and test completed deliverables to ensure effective deployment and usability.
Drives alignment and consensus across interdependent teams and assists Tech Lead in complex technical solutions to problems
